PRENATAL MASSAGE

Specifically for those expecting a little one.  Side-lying massage is used throughout most of the session, with a comfy body pillow.    Focus is relaxation.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Warmed stones are utilized in this massage.  The stones are another way of transferring energy to the body.  Every therapist performs Hot Stone differently.  I like to warm-up the body with the stones, then use my hands to complete work on the area.  VERY RELAXING massage!

MAHANARAYAN MASSAGE

Mahanarayan oil is an ancient blend of anti-arthritic Ayurvedic herbs.   It is widely used in Ayurvedic therapy due to its anti-inflammatory properties.    Especially good for those with stiff joints or arthritis.   This 99% Organic oil is a highly concentrated herbal blend that has an earthy, almost spicy scent.
